РEDAGOGICAL MODELS OF PEDAGOGOCAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS PARTICIPATIVE TRAINING
Abstracts

Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical university students’ participative training. The article presents the author's definition of the concept "pedagogical university students’ participative training", which is understood as a system of training (theoretical, methodological, practical), the purpose of which is of participative competence formation, reflecting new subject-subject relations between teacher and student, characterized by equality, cooperation, co-management, common interests, views and values, creativity and pedagogical empathy. The purpose of the article is to show the features of pedagogical university students’ participative training. The practical significance of the research results lies in their use by teachers of higher education establishments in the organization of future teachers’ professional training process.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are theoretical methods: forecasting, theoretical and methodological analysis; empirical methods: survey, observation, self-assessment, experiment, analysis, statistical methods.

Results. The process and competence models of pedagogical university students’ participative training and the conditions of their effective functioning are revealed; the analysis is carried out and conclusions are drawn.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the result of the study is effective organization of pedagogical university students’ participative training through process and competence models.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the actualization of the system of organization and support of pedagogical universities students’ participative training will contribute to the process of future teachers professional training.
